When you’re ready to continue

From the File menu, choose Close to close the active document and all open windows on that document. Or, choose Close All to close all open documents. If you haven’t saved your work, Finale lets you know, and gives you the option of saving the changes or leaving the document as it was when it was last saved.

If you want to take time out for some experimentation before proceeding to Tutorial 1b, choose Default Document from the New submenu of the File menu. Finale will open a new “Untitled” document.

If you’re ready to move on, go right ahead to the next tutorial. If you’ve had enough for one lesson, choose Exit from the File menu.
